Review Employee Training, PPE Types and Medical Monitoring

The employee review feature provides you with employee-specific information related to assignments for training, PPE Types and Medical monitoring . Use this view to see these assignments and ensure that all are up-to-date.

To view employee-specific training, PPE Types or medical monitoring information:

1. In the Process Navigator, click EH&S/ Review /Employee Training, PPE Types and Medical Monitoring.
2. In the Filter pane, select the name of an employee.

   Information related to the selected employee is displayed in the bottom pane and three tabs are provided.

3. View employee training requirements in the bottom pane.

   The Training tab is selected by default.

   Information includes...

   • Training Program Code
   • Training Program Name
   • Training Type Code
   • Training Date
   • Status (Done / Pending)
   • Training Notes
   • Related Incident Code
   • Incident Type
4. Click the Personal Protective Equipment tab.

   The selected employee's PPE information is displayed in the bottom pane.

   Information includes...

   • PPE Type Code
   • Delivery Date
   • Date Put in Use
   • Delivery Building Code
   • Delivery Floor Code
   • Delivery Room Code
5. Click the Medical Monitoring tab.

   The selected employee's medical monitoring information is displayed in the bottom pane.

   Information includes...

   • Medical Monitoring Code
   • Monitoring Type
   • Monitoring Date
   • Monitoring Description
   • Status (Done / Pending)
   • Tracking Number
   • Resulting Actions
   • Medical Monitoring Comments

   • Related Incident Code

   • Incident Type
