Review Incident Details

You can quickly examine the details about any incident in the database. Using the Review feature you can search for incidents by location and then delve into the details report to glean all the facts available about what caused the incident and who was involved.

To view incident details:

In the Process Navigator, click EH&S/ Review / Incidents / Incident Details.
A hierarchical list of locations opens in the middle pane.
Select a Property to see incident locations in this property. Select a location (building / floor / room) to see the incidents at this location.
Incidents associated with the location are displayed in the night pane.
Click on an incident type in the right pane.
The Incident Details window opens displaying information about the incident.
