Review Employee Medical Monitoring

You can review employee-specific medical monitoring data using the Employee Medical Monitoring selection in the Review / Medical Monitoring section of the Process Navigator. You might want to view this report to assess the medical monitoring activities for a single employee or for all employees in a division, a department or assigned to a particular Employee Standard.

Once you generate the report, you can drill down into an individual monitoring instance to view the work restrictions associated the medical monitoring code of the instance. This allows you to quickly determine lost productivity related to the medical monitoring event.

To view an employee medical monitoring report:

1. In the Process Navigator, click EH&S/ Review / Medical Monitoring / Employee Medical Monitoring.
2. In the Filter pane, enter search criteria to generate the report.
   You can specify some or all of the following criteria...

   • Employee Name
   • Employee Standard
   • Division Code
   • Department Code
3. Click Show.

   A medical monitoring report is displayed in the bottom pane.

   Report information includes the following...

   • Employee Name
   • Medical Monitoring Code
   • Monitoring Type
   • Monitoring Date
   • Status (Done / Pending)
   • Resulting Actions
   • Tracking Number
   • Medical Monitoring Comments
4. Select an employee medical monitoring instance.

   A pane opens and displays the restriction information associated with the medical monitoring code.

   The following restriction information is provided...

   • Restriction Code
   • Restriction Category Code
   • Restriction Type
   • Start Date
   • End Date
   • Lost Work (Days)
   • Work restriction description
