Review Personnel by Training Program

It is often necessary to view the personnel who have participated in, or are due to participate in, a particular training program. You can easily and quickly get this information using the Review / Training feature.

To view the personnel associated with a specific training program:

1. In the Process Navigator, click EH&S/ Review / Training / Personnel by Training Program.

   A hierarchical list of training programs is displayed in the middle pane.

2. Select a training program by name in the middle pane. Expand training program categories with a plus sign (+) to view their corresponding training programs.

   A list of employees assigned to the selected training program is displayed in the right pane with the following information provided for each employee:

   • Employee Name
   • Department Code
   • Employee Standard
   • Training Date
   • Status (Done / Pending)
   • Training Document
   • Training Notes
