Incident Information about a Non-Employee

When a non-employee is involved in an incident additional information is usually required. For example, a contract worker might be injured in your workplace. The following information should be provided in an incident report when the victim is a non-employee:

• Non-employee contract code
• Affected non-employee name
• Affected non-employee contact information
