Use the Define Facility Types task to define the Facility Types from which lease administrators select when adding suite information. These facility types describe how you use the suite.
By designating the facility types for your suites, your area data can be grouped by facility type, so you can see the amount of space that is used for each type of use. For example, portfolio managers can generate a chart for a building showing the total estimated area for manufacturing areas and for office areas.
