The application calculates Total Costs as the sum of Base Costs (either income or expense) + the VAT Costs (either income or expense) that you received for that cost. The Total Cost field is available only if you are using the ARCHIBUS Enhanced Global Feature Set. ARCHIBUS applications use this field only if you have enabled the ARCHIBUS Enhanced Global Feature Set.
The Total Costs field shown using the Payment Currency is labeled either Amount Income - Total (Payment) or Amount Expense - Total (Payment).
The Total Costs field shown using the Budget Currency is labeled either Amount Income - Total (Budget) or Amount Expense - Total (Budget).
