Demonstration User Accounts and Licensing

To explore ARCHIBUS, you can use one of the demonstration user accounts in the default project listed below.

Use the AIDEMOACP account if you have an Application Connection Point (application-style) license for ARCHIBUS.
If you have domain-style licensing, use one of the other user accounts, which use domain-style licenses and access levels.

AIDEMO1	afm	1 - SELF-SERVICE	Enterprise users requesting RE/FM/IM services.
AIDEMO2	afm	2 - WORK PROCESS	Department managers, administrators, craftspersons, and others advancing process workflows.
AIDEMOBIM	afm	2 - CAD/BIM SPECIALIST	AutoCAD and Revit specialists.
AIDEMO3	afm	3 - ANALYSIS	Department and division managers needing dashboards that monitor processes and analyze data.
AIDEMO4	afm	4 - PROCESS OWNER	Business process owners who anchor an ARCHIBUS application.
AI	afm	SYSTEM MANAGER	The same as AIDEMO4, but with an end-user license and not a demonstration license. This ACCOUNT also has a License Level of “4 – PROCESS OWNER”.

To sign in with a different user account:

Select the Sign Out button.
Select the Sign In button to access the "Sign In" dialog.

If you check the "Remember my credentials on this workstation" selection, the program will sign you in to the Smart Client and the Smart Client Extensions automatically.
