The following domains contain ARCHIBUS applications which have new features and enhancements for V20.2.
Portfolio Management. Updates to the Global Portfolio Dashboard KPI metric and charting user interface have been provided. You can access the dashboard from this Process Navigator task:
Lease Administration. This application now supports communication logs for managing lease portfolios using Web Central. These tie to the communication logs in the Project Management application. You can access these communication log features on the Process Navigator at:
US Federal Property Registry. In compliance with EO 13327, the ARCHIBUS US Federal Property Registry application includes updates to support the data model defined by the United States GSA Office of Governmentwide Policy’s “2011 Guidance for Real Property Inventory Reporting” and as such can be used as the core inventory and data transaction management function for managing government real property assets.
Project Management. This application now provides S-curve charts to show cumulative costs and labor hours in a project over time. Within one graph, you can compare the S-curve progress against monthly, yearly, or quarterly baseline and actual hours and costs. You can access these features on the Process Navigator at:
Commissioning. This application now provides Commissioning Equipment Details with lifecycle analysis available at the click of a button. You can access this single form for all equipment and commissioning related data from the following Process Navigator task:
Capital Budgeting. This application now provides an ‘Unallocated Funds by End Dates’ report that sends an alert notification when a funding source is going to expire. You can access this report on the Process Navigator at:
Service Desk and On Demand WorkThese applications now allow the Service Desk Manager to define substitutes for all steps and all roles in the workflow. Substitutes for steps include approval, estimation, and scheduling. Substitutes for roles include Service Provider, Supervisor, and Craftsperson.
Substitutes may be either permanent or temporary. Permanent substitutes always have the chance to execute on tasks for the person they are substituting; temporary substitutes may execute on tasks only during a defined date range. The system will send e-mail notifications to substitutes, letting them know that requests for which they are assigned as substitutes deserve their attention. Requests for which a user is a substitute may appear in the user’s queue in a pre-defined highlighted color.
Use these tasks to access this new feature:
Enterprise Move Management. This application contains enhancements for Move Managers including support for creating multiple moves in a sequence without needing to return to the menu to reload the view, and the ability for the Move Project Managers to view only moves assigned to him/her.
Environmental Health & Safety. This application contains a number of enhancements, including:
Waste Management. This application contains a number of enhancements including a new GIS-based tool to define locations of storage areas directly on a Web Central map, and Link to the Materials Safety Data Sheet application information.
