Compliance Program Coordinator: Overview
From the Compliance Program Coordinator process, you are able to manage all aspects of the , requirements, and for which you are entered as the Responsible Person. The Compliance Program Coordinator uses the following tasks:
- Manage My Compliance Requirements: Update information for requirements, and review location information. Review documents and communications logs, and add new ones as needed.
- Manage My Permits and Licenses: Review your requirements that have the requirement type 'Permit or License', and update information for these requirements. Add documents and to document your compliance activity.
- View My Events Calendar - To facilitate event tracking, the Compliance Events Calendar presents all events and their status by week, month, or year. You can view events color-coded by , , or , if you are maintaining this information, and can update information for events.
- Manage My Missed and Overdue Events - Review and events, and update their status, reschedule, and document your activity for this event by adding communications logs and documents.
- Update Status and Close My Events - If you are maintaining , this task enables you to update status for multiple events, or for a single event by marking events as Completed, Verified, or Closed. You can also update information for a single or multiple events.
- View Document Library - View and edit all compliance documents, and add a new one if needed.
