The MSDS Details by Provider view is used to find MSDSs associated with a particular company. The console can filter on the following:
The "Show" button will display companies matching the selection criteria in the grid below the console. When you click on a company, All of the MSDS that have that company name as the Manufacturer, Distributor, or Preparer will be listed in the MSDS tab below the companies.
You can view the MSDS document directly by clicking on the "View Document" button for the MSDS. To view the MSDS details, click on one of the listed MSDSs and the five information tabs for that MSDS will be activated (Identification, Document, Hazard Classification, Constituents, Physical Properties). Initially, the Identification tab is selected, but you can switch between the tabs at will by clicking on the tab. The topic "Define Material Safety Data Sheets" has a detailed account of all of the data fields contained on each of the tabs.
To switch to a different MSDS, select the MSDS tab and click on another MSDS.
