Cost Administrator: Overview
As the Cost Administrator, you can:
- Define Vendors and Vendor Accounts if they have not already been defined. See Define Vendors and their Accounts.
- Enter bills and line items that are central to the Energy Management application. See Enter Bills and Line Items.
The Energy Management application enables the Cost Administrator to enter bills that are then approved by the Accounting Supervisor. See Energy Management Bill Entry/Approval Process.
