This new ARCHIBUS Reservations Extension for Microsoft Exchange can connect directly to your Microsoft Exchange server. In this configuration, the application has these features.
The new request form greatly simplifies the enterprise-facing request interface and allows all aspects of the reservation ― rooms, attendee invitations, equipment, services, and catering ― to be reserved from one form. Improved guidance messages make it easier to complete complex reservations, such as those for specialized resources or recurrences.
The attendee popup quickly finds invites by any criteria to add them to the reservations.
Similar forms for equipment, services, and catering make the services catalog clear for all users.
Resource reservations are, likewise, now made from a single, integrated form.
The Plugin now adds features for creating recurring meetings and for configuring the ARCHIBUS Plugin dialog to allow filters by different criteria.
Additional administration features include the ability to approve, reject and cancel multiple reservations at a time and to add cancellation and rejection comments.
