This new app is the one-stop shop for enterprise staff needing access to facilities services and information.
Reservations connect with existing Web Central Reservations workflows and are compatible with the new Reservations Exchange Integration features.
Staff can request other types of services and flow them into the Web Central applications that process them. ARCHIBUS process owners can add to the catalog of services offered on the devices.
Safety officers can use this app to record any workplace incidents. It helps to record valuable insight on the circumstances of the accident and the actual events right at the location. The app can record as many witness statements as needed, along with their contact data. Photos help you tell the complete story of the incident as well as itemize damages and on-premises findings.
This new app provides for surveys compatible with the space transactions methodology. It allows rooms to be split by departments or time or both. It collects occupancy information including multiple locations per occupant.
The new app provides Condition Assessment, Environmental Sustainability Assessment, and Commissioning Assessment and is compatible with these Web Central applications.
You can establish home pages designed for mobile devices to present management information and summary reports. In this configuration, you use a bookmark on your mobile device to access the standard ARCHIBUS server (e.g. yourarchibusserver:8080\archibus) and sign in.
You can create summary reports using the Web Central View Definition Wizard and put them on the mobile home page by adding them as a task on one of the mobile process panels. Your summary reports should be appropriate for mobile: they should not be too wide for the typical tablet screen, and should use just standard reports or 1D or 2D summary reports. Other ARCHIBUS view types are not supported.
You can also drill down from metrics and alerts to reports, as long as these reports follow the guidelines above.
To review the default Mobile Manager navigation pages, sign in as user "AIM" or "AFMM".

Note: ARCHIBUS URL. Depending on your device and DNS settings on your network, you may find it more reliable to refer to your ARCHIBUS server by its IP address (e.g. 10.1.23.348:8080\archibus) than its computer name (e.g. yourarchibusserver:8080\archibus).
