Single-user call center: As a single person call center, since you do not have craftspersons logging into the system, you might want to print out the work request to give it to the person assigned to the work. This ensures that the craftsperson has all the necessary information. For alternative methods, see Other ways of working. below
For a single user call center, it is often useful to print out the work request.To print out the work details, you first export the work request.
To export and print out a single or multiple work requests:
Export to XLS exports all requests showing on the screen to Excel
The Paginated Report View appears showing the progress of the export.
When you click the link to open the file, you are given the choice of also saving the file to your computer.
Mobile devices:
If your craftsperson has a mobile device and a log in to the Maintenance Mobile app, they can access the work request and enter completion information from that device. They can also use the mobile device to enter new problems as they encounter them in the field. See Maintenance Mobile App and Creating Craftspersons as Users and Employees.
