asset symbol layer

A layer in a drawing holding an asset symbol which connects to a record in a corresponding asset table. Asset symbol layers are named according to the prototype layer name combined with the "$" character, such as RM$ for the asset symbol layer holding room asset symbols. See also asset layer.
