Accounting Supervisor or Energy Manager Reports

• Bills and Line Items

  View a list of all bills. You can click on a specific bill to see its details along with the line items. You can click on the Document button next to a Bill to see the Document associated with the bill. You can also print a paginated report of the selected Bill and associated Line Items. Use the Smart Search console to filter the list. See Restricting Data using the Smart Search Feature.

• Archived Bills and Line Items

  View a list of all archived bills. You can click on a specific archived bill to see its details along with the line items. You can click on the Document button next to an archived bill to see the Document associated with it. You can also print a paginated report of the selected archived bill and associated line items. Use the Smart Search console to filter the list. See Restricting Data using the Smart Search Feature.

The following report is available to the Accounting Supervisor role:

• Bill Calendar: The Bill Calendar shows each Bill (from the bill_archive table) on a calendar by Due Date. You can click on a Bill to see it’s details.
