View Lease Chargeback Agreements

This task enables you to view lease chargeback agreements. This is helpful when you are reviewing generated chargeback costs and want to be aware of agreements that adjust the chargeback amounts.

When you charge back costs, the system automatically adjusts the chargeback amount according to the terms of any cost chargeback agreements. You must manually adjust costs that are assigned to a cost category that has the All-None-Direct Bill value for the Assigned To - Rolls Up To - Prorates To field, as these costs are not charged back.

1. Select Cost Administration/Business Process Owner or Lease Administrator/View Lease Chargeback Agreements.
2. The View Lease Chargeback Agreements screen shows a list of your leases.

   Note: To restrict the list using the smart search console,click the + sign that appears when you mouse over a column header. See Smart Search Consoles.

3. Select a lease from the list.
   

   The Chargeback Cost Agreements section shows a list of cost categories that have a cost chargeback agreement for the selected lease.

   You can export the list to PDF or to Excel for printing.
