A profile associated with a lease that provides details for estimating common area maintenance (CAM) costs for the lease. Based on the CAM Profile defined for each lease, the CAM costs are automatically calculated with the frequency specified in the profile without the need to re-enter information. If the estimates are based on rent, the application uses the latest rent stored for the lease; if the estimates are based on the amount of area rented, the application gets the latest Area - Neg. Rentable stored for the lease. This means that you do not have to re-enter this information in the CAM profile if it changes. The application uses the latest data when calculating the CAM costs.
