Transactions by Requestor Report

The Transactions by Requestor report lists all data transactions, including approved transactions, rejected transactions, and transactions that are pending approval, for a single requestor. The requestor is the user who enters the data, requesting that it be posted.

To generate the Transactions by Requestor report:

Select Real Estate Portfolio Management/US Federal Property Registry.
Select either Business Process Owner or Portfolio Manager.
Select Transactions by Requestor.
From the Search Console, select the Requestor User Name and click Search. The Requestor is the user who enters data for a real property asset, requesting that the data transaction be approved and posted.
The screen lists all transactions for that requestor.

From this report, you can:

View details for each transaction by clicking Details in the row for the transaction.
Export the list of transactions for this requestor to PDF or Excel for printing.
