A method for gathering information from Web users by presenting them with a list of questions for which responses are written to XML documents within a database record. Users complete the questionnaires in ARCHIBUS Web Central just as if they were completing database fields; they are unaware whether their response is stored in a database field or as XML
The list of questions presented to a user can vary based upon the situation. For example, you can present users with a different move request questions depending on the type of move (Employee, New Hire, Employee Leaving).
ARCHIBUS Client/Server does not format questionnaire data in its grid or report windows; in ARCHIBUS Client/Server, questionnaire data can be displayed only in XML format.
