Manage Unscheduled Compliance Items

To ensure that all regulations, compliance programs, and requirements have events scheduled for them and notification assigned to them, use the Manage Unscheduled Compliance Items task.

To manage unscheduled compliance items:

1. From the Process Navigator, select Compliance Program Manager/Manage Unscheduled Compliance Items.
2. Use the Filter console to locate the unscheduled items. You can select:

• No Requirements: This selection restricts the task to show compliance programs (and their regulations) that have no requirement records. Also includes regulations that have no program.
• No Events: This selection restricts the task to show requirements (and their programs and regulations) with no future events scheduled (Date Scheduled Start is >= today).
• No Notifications: This selection restricts the task to show requirements (and their programs and regulations) with no active notifications.
• Additionally, you can filter by regulation, compliance program, or requirement. Or, you can restrict by regulation rank, compliance priority, or requirement priority to target your compliance priorities.

3. Click Show.

   The Regulations, Programs, and Requirements tabs show the compliance items that match the criteria you enter.

4. To export the list to Word, click DOCX; to export the list to Excel, click XLS.
5. Use the following tasks to add requirements, events, and notifications to the compliance items lacking them:
