Step 1: Represent existing conditions in new configuration
- Pull up floor 2
- Split and remove portion of ACCOUNTING block, based on Space Planning Stack
- Reduce size of remaining ACCOUNTING block, based on new space configuration parameters
Step 2: Define new blocks for FINANCE
- AWS space for 80 employees
- Office space for 20 employees
- 120 sqft per office
Step 3: Place and shape new FINANCE blocks on floor
- Highlight floor by available, occupiable space
- Split and shape new blocks to fit on floor
- System tracks placement toward goal of 100 employees
- Save work and assign to project for next planning phase
