This report summarizes the space used in the Portfolio Forecast by Department. For each department, it shows the Number of Groups (allocation events), the total Headcount, and the Total Group Area.
Portfolio Forecast Building Analysis
This report presents a summary of the group allocation data in a cross matrix by division and also by building.
The Space Gap Analysis chart projects the space allocated to group allocation events across all buildings, and compares it to the available floor space in each time period. This chart can illustrate the periods when the projected space allocation exceeds the amount of available space (over-allocation) and the periods when the allocated group space is less than the available space (under-allocation.)
The Headcount Projection chart uses the Employee Headcount data for each group in the Portfolio Forecast Scenario, and projects it through a selected time period.
