Lease Portfolio

As the Lease Administrator, you need to add and maintain information for leases, easily access lease details, and track critical dates for lease and option expiration, validate responsibilities, track lease changes, and issue cash flow reports. The Lease Administration's Lease Portfolio process includes tasks to help accomplish this work more efficiently.

From Lease Portfolio you can:

• View color-coded alerts for lease and option due dates, with links to lease and option details
• Using a wizard interface or a single form, add and maintain lease information, including suite information, documents, contacts, clauses, options, and amendments.
• View the Lease Portfolio Dashboard, a comprehensive view of lease details, including your alert notifications, and building , land, or structure information. The Dashboard includes search and filter capabilities to help you quickly locate specific leases.
• Generate reports that include Lease Details, Building, Structure, or Land Details, and Lease Net Income.
• If you have enabled the ARCHIBUS Gestione finanziaria globale, from Lease Portfolio you can add costs transactions that include Base Costs, VAT Costs, and Total Costs. You can set the VAT Excluded? flag for a lease to Yes so that the application will exempt all costs associated with that lease from paying any VAT.
