Work Status Reports

The Work Status Reports enable you to get current information on the on demand and preventive maintenance work that is linked to your compliance requirements, contract terms, and events.

All reports in the Work Status Reports process present both compliance program-related and contract-related data. See Working with Contracts and Compliance Programs Together. Also see Reviewing Work History.

After you review your work status, it is good practice to update the Compliance Level field of program requirements and contract terms. To do so, review existing work performed, work pending or missed, and then decide the level of compliance for the compliance requirements and contract terms. You can update the Compliance Level using the Compliance Program Manage / Compliance Drill-down or Contract Manager / Contract drill-down tasks.

Note: For the items with Active Work and Programs with Overdue Work reports, if you've assigned the same procedure to multiple requirements, then when you click a bar on the chart, the popup grid may contain a higher record count than indicated on the chart. This is because the chart summarizes by unique work requests, whereas the grid displays a work request multiple times, once for each requirement it is associated with.

Report Description Benefits

Programs with Overdue PM Schedules

This report is a chart that shows only PM Schedules where the PM Procedure is linked to a requirement.

Review this report to check the scheduled PM jobs that have missed any scheduled maintenance since the last time work orders were created for them. This report displays all scheduled PM jobs for which the difference between the system date and the Date of Last PM is greater than the maintenance interval. For each schedule, this report uses the frequency interval set with the Current Frequency field of the PM Schedules table.

Provides direct access to information for the preventive maintenance work that is related to regulatory requirements and is overdue.

You can export this data to PDF, DOCX, or XLS file format.

Programs with Overdue Work

This report shows overdue work for both work requests added for compliance events, and PM procedures linked to requirements.

This report presents a bar graph of the number of work requests that are overdue by the number of days overdue, so that you can quickly gain an understanding of the maintenance work backlog that is affecting compliance. The number of days overdue is calculated by comparing the current date with the Date Assigned field of the work request.

Click on a chart bar to see details for the work contributing to the totals.

Provides direct access to information for all work that is connected with a compliance requirement, contract term, or event and is overdue.

You can export this data to PDF, DOCX, or XLS file format.

Programs with Active Work View all compliance programs, contracts, contract terms, and requirements with active Preventive Maintenance or On-Demand Work. This report shows only work requests for preventive maintenance schedules linked to requirements, or work requests for service requests that are linked to a compliance event:

Provides direct access to information for all items with active work, enabling you to assess the work that is underway, whether it is overdue or not.

You can export this data to PDF, DOCX, or XLS file format.

Compliance Work History

View all work requests, service requests, and work orders for compliance programs and contracts. The report includes work requests, work orders, and service requests that have been moved to corresponding history (archive) table

Work Requests tab shows:

  • work requests for service requests initiated for compliance events
  • work requests related to PM procedures that have been associated with compliance requirement records via Compliance. (regreq_pmp table)

Service Requests tab shows:

  • Service requests initiated from within Compliance event management

PM Schedules tab shows:

  • PM Schedules for PM procedures that have been associated with compliance requirement records via Compliance (regreq_pmp table).
  • This can include contracted work, but in this case the link is not via the contract itself but via the compliance manager identifying the PM procedure as important to some other regulatory requirement.

Enables you to review work request by one or more items. You can then drill down to details for work requests for events, including equipment details, priority and SLA steps. You can also review PM schedules and procedures, giving you comprehensive information to evaluate the required work.

You can export this data to PDF, DOCX, or XLS file format.
