Route a Lease Classification for Approval

Once you finish completing options on the Lease Classification Wizard, the Wizard presents the Submit for Approval button and Restart Wizard button in the upper right corner.

The Wizard presents the Submit for Approval button when the below fields are set as follows:

class_wiz_step3_done is Yes
FASB/IASB Workflow Status is Not Yet Submitted.

You can take the following actions:

If you are satisfied with your entries, select the Submit for Approval button. The system sets the FASB/IASB Workflow Status to Submitted for Approval.
- If you are not a member of the RPLM-LEASE-AUDITOR security group, your classification work for this lease is complete and the Wizard offers no further options for acting on this lease. Return to the Wizard's Select Lease tab to select a new lease to classify.
- If you are a member of the RPLM-LEASE-AUDITOR security group, the Wizard presents options for approving or rejecting the classification. See Approve a Lease Classification.

If you want to review or change your entries before submitting the classification for approval, click the Restart Wizard button. The Wizards fields will become editable and the Workflow Status will remain as Not Yet Submitted. You can now work through the Lease Classification Wizard again.
