The VAT percentage associated with a country and cost category. By default,when a cost record is entered, the system uses the VAT Percent Value to calculate the VAT Cost for a cost transaction. To allow for exceptions and exemptions to the standard VAT amount, you are able to enter overrides to the VAT Percent Value.
ARCHIBUS applications use this field only if you have enabled the ARCHIBUS Enhanced Global Feature Set.
