In the Reservations application, you can define fixed resources for each room arrangement. A fixed resource is any resource that will always be available with a room arrangement. For example, if a room has a built in projector, then you can define this projector as a fixed resource for the room's default room arrangement, as well as for any of the room's other room arrangements. In contrast to fixed resources that always remain with a room, you can create additional resource reservations for resources that will temporarily be used for specific room reservations. You can create resource reservations for unique resources, limited resources, and unlimited resources.
