primary location (Reservations)

In the Reservations application, conference call reservations consist of distinct reservations for multiple locations that are linked together. The Conference Reservation Code (reserve.res_confernece) field links the reservations. This field uses the res_id of the first room selected when you create a conference call. The first room selected is referred to as the primary location. If the first selected room is later unselected, then the first room selected in the Timeline when the Reservation is confirmed is considered the primary location.

Rooms for conference call reservations are shown on the timeline sorted per building in the order of the buildings specified in the Filter Console. The primary location of the reservation is the room selected in the first Location field in the Filter.

The invitations sent to the requestor and attendees shows the primary room in the Location field. When editing a conference call reservation, the time zone of the primary room is automatically selected in the Filter Console.
