A field in a database table that can hold the file name of documents that are managed by the ARCHIBUS document management system. For example, the Leases table can include the Scanned Document fields which can store a PDF of the lease agreement document that includes the signatures of tenants and landlords.
ARCHIBUS Web Central users can use the document management system features to perform such actions as checking in, checking out, archiving, and locking documents.
