ARCHIBUS Reservations Plugin for Microsoft Outlook

A tool for integrating Microsoft Outlook with the ARCHIBUS Reservations application.

With the Reservations Plugin for Microsoft Outlook, your staff can to work directly in Microsoft Outlook to add a reservation for a conference room or other meeting place that can be accessed by the ARCHIBUS Reservations application.

The Plugin finds rooms available at the same time as the appointment, and lets the meeting initiator view an interactive floor plan that zooms to that room's location. One click launches the full ARCHIBUS Reservations form for adding other resources. If you update an appointment in Outlook, with an action such as drag-and-drop an appointment to a new day, the Outlook Plugin updates the corresponding room and resource reservation in the ARCHIBUS Reservations application.
