As a self-service user, you will work with Archibus Workplace.

Once you watch the videos, access Archibus Workplace with the URL that your manager provides. The URL will be in the form: http://<server>:<port>/workplace.

Sign in using the user name and password that your manager provides.

Note: The above videos cover Workplace functions for requesting working spaces, conference rooms, and moves. These functions are available in Workplace only if your site has licenses for the Archibus Reservations cloud module (conference room and meeting space reservation features) or Archibus Space Management cloud module (move request features). If your site does not have these modules, Archibus Workplace will not show the buttons and options for these tasks.
