Define Fiscal Year

This task enables you to enter the fiscal year start date for the financial calculations used in reports, and in the Financial Analysis Console.

To specify the fiscal year start:

1. Select the Define Fiscal Year task.
2. Select the Fiscal Year Start Month.
3. Select the Fiscal Year Start Day.
4. Click Save.

   These values are saved in the Archibus Preferences table. They are used throughout the application. For example, they are used to select cost records when you generate reports and select Fiscal Year from the Filter console.
