Define Responsibility Categories

When Lease Administrators enter clause information, they indicate the type of clause by selecting from the responsibility type codes you enter using the Define Responsibility Categories task.

To define responsibility categories:

1. Select Lease Administration / Background Data / Define Responsibility Categories.

   The Define Responsibility Categories form appears.

2. In the Responsibility Categories panel, click Add New.

   The Responsibility Category panel shows the Clause Type Code field.

3. Enter a unique identifier, such as roof fixing, to identify the responsibility.
4. Click Save.
5. To add additional responsibilities, repeat steps 2 through 4.
