The Archibus Extension for Lease Accounting provides tools for determining if leases on building and equipment are considered to be operating leases or finance leases according to standards defined by FASB and IASB.
The Extension fully integrated in the Lease Administration application. However, the Extension does require an additional license which has an additional cost.
The Extension adds the following views to the Lease Administration application:
