A cost that has been approved and exists in the Costs table; it has been moved from the Scheduled Costs table to the Costs table. Actual costs represent historical events that have already occurred whose values cannot be changed. Receivable actual costs can be invoiced, using the Cost Chargeback& Invoicing application.
