In the Real Estate Portfolio Management's Portfolio Management application, key performance indicator charts and reports present data for your portfolio items broken down by availability:

• Available - This is your area, either leased or owned, currently available to your organization. It is not leased or subleased to tenants.
• Leased Out - This is the area that you currently lease or sublease to your tenants.
• Pipeline: Available- This is the area that will be available to your organization when the lease or ownership transaction is completed.
• Pipeline: Leased Out - This is the area that is planned to be leased or subleased to tenants when the lease transaction is completed.

Having your data broken down in this way is helpful when you lease or sublease to others some of the facility areas that you own or lease. These breakdowns are available by locations you select, and on a timeline to show the trends in how you are using your facility area.
