An area value that is derived from an area asset symbol and therefore represents the area that a tenant truly occupies. Measured areas for suites are derived from suite area asset symbols, which register their polyline areas in the Area - Usable field of the Suites table. Comparing measured and negotiated area values can indicate leases that need to be renegotiated.
Some calculations are based on measured areas; field values derived from these calculations include "Measured" in their titles, such as Area - Measured Rentable field of the Leases table. Compare negotiated area.
