A portfolio scenario models current and forecast space allocation (the assignment of organizational groups to floors) so that you can project future space needs, reallocate existing space, plan for moves and lease renewals, and so on.
When considering your space options, you can compare different portfolio scenarios. For example, you can experiment with different scenarios for the same time period and determine the best one to implement to meet your company's goals (such as maximizing leased space, maximizing owned space, consolidating space onto the main campus, off-shoring certain functions, and so on).

If you have the Archibus Enterprise Asset Management or Project Management applications, you can link portfolio scenarios to projects. This enables you to add action items and markups to your scenario. To do so, assign the portfolio and project the same name.
