Suite Reports

The Suite Analysis process includes the following reports to help you track and manage suites. Several of these views include a Filter console to restrict the selection list, and can be generated as a paginated report that uses the restriction you set. The Highlight reports include your floor plans. The other reports require only an alphanumeric inventory of suites.

• View Vacant Suites: This report presents an efficient way to drill-down to see details for only the vacant suites for a building.
• Highlight Vacant Suites: If your suites are depicted as asset symbols in a CAD floor plan drawing, this report enables you to review vacant suites by showing them highlighted on the drawing. You can use the Filter console to restrict the report by building or facility type. You can generate a paginated report for this view that uses the restriction that you set.
• View Suites for Expiring Leases: This report enables you to enter a time frame, and view suites whose leases will expire during that time period.
• Highlight Suites for Expiring Leases: If your suites are depicted as asset symbols in a CAD floor plan drawing, this report enables you to review suites that have expiring leases by showing these suites highlighted on the drawing. You can use the Filter Console to specify the time frame for the report. You can generate a paginated report for this view that includes the time period you select.
• Highlight Suites by Lease:  If your suites are depicted as asset symbols in a CAD floor plan drawing, this report enables you to review the suites associated with a particular lease. You can use the Filter console to restrict the report by building or lease code. You can generate a paginated report for this view that includes the restriction you set.
• View Suites by Building: Drill-down to see a list of all suites defined for a selected building. The suite list includes details to facilitate your review.
• View Suites by Floor: Drill-down to review details for the suites on a particular floor.
• View Suites by Lease: When you are working on a specific lease, this task provides an efficient way to view details for the lease's associated suites.
