The All Ownership Transactions Report provides a summary of all ownership transactions for your buildings, structures, and land. The report includes the Building or Property Code, the date purchased and the Purchasing Price, the date sold and the Selling Price, and the current status of the portfolio item (Pipeline, Owned, or Disposed).
You can export the report to PDF or Excel.
This report is generated for all your portfolio items by selecting Portfolio Management / Portfolio Summary / All Ownership Transactions.
If you are using the Archibus Enhanced Global Feature Set, the Purchasing Price and Selling Price in the All Ownership Transactions Report are shown using your User Default Currency. These cost fields do not include the VAT amount, as this report is used for internal analysis for which VAT is not relevant.
