The Leases by Structures/Land report provides land or structure details, including total Area - CAD and Total Area - Manual, depending on which are available, book value, market value and purchase cost, and a list of associated active leases highlighted by whether the lease is one for which you are the tenant or the landlord. The lease highlights help you locate what is currently leased out and could at some point be available for your use. The report is generated for leases associated with structures when working in the Structures process; it is generated for leases associated with land when working in the Land process.
From the Structures or Land Dashboards, you can generate this report for the structures or land that you select. See Generating Reports for Buildings, Structures, or Land.
