move scenario

Move scenarios help you plan group moves of employees and teams by enabling you to experiment with the placement of employees and teams on floor plan drawings. They are useful for coordination and analysis before move execution.

Move scenarios hold combinations of layout scenarios, occupancy scenarios, furniture scenarios (currently not supported), and so on.

You can create multiple scenarios with alternate space and occupancy layouts and then compare the results. When you determine the move scenario that best suits your needs, you can update the move locations in the group move project with the room assignments specified in the scenario.

A group move project can have multiple move scenarios; each move scenario has one layout drawing per floor (inventory drawing or layout scenario drawing) on which you create the occupancy scenario.
