maintenance checklist
A series of questions or steps that a craftsperson or other maintenance personnel completes about a particular maintenance job. While executing a job in the field, craftspersons can consult the Maintenance mobile app for a checklist of steps or questions for the current work request. For example, they might complete a checklist to:
- record a measurement
- verify that they conducted a step
- answer questions about the current condition of an equipment item or facility space
The questions and responses are stored in the tables of the extended questionnaire system.
Checklists are associated with the maintenance workflow through the service level agreements (SLAs). When a craftsperson accesses their assigned work requests in the Maintenance mobile app, they see the checklists that they must complete for each work request as determined by the governing SLA.
