Lease Administration Reports Overview

The Lease Administration/Report process provides a variety of reports that enable you to review details for individual leases and portfolio items, and to review summary information that provides a high-level analysis of your real property inventory. These reports help you efficiently administer leases, and provide key data when deciding whether to buy or to sell property or buildings, whether to renew a lease, or to exercise lease options.

The Lease Portfolio process includes the following reports:

• Rent Roll report
• Leases by Expiration Date 
• Options by Expiration
• Lease Expiration by Year - Chart
• Lease Financial Reports by Month or Year:
  • Lease Net Income by Month or Year 
  • Lease Income by Month or Year
  • Lease Commitment Costs by Month or Year 
  • Lease Base Rent Expenses by Month or Year

• Abstract Reports: These reports provide a high-level summary of properties, buildings, or leases, and details for a single item that you select.

• Property Abstract report
