Each process and view within each application has a License Level that describes the level of user that can load that process. For example, all enterprise-facing Move Management views are in "Self Service" level for enterprise users. All collaborative tasks, such as estimating, routing, and completing moves, are in the "Workflow Process" level for collaborative users. All report tasks are the "Analysis" level for managerial users.
The following image shows the application, the Process or Role Title, and the License Level for the Move Management application:
Higher level licenses have access to all lower-level tasks. For example, an Analysis user could also load any Workflow Process or Self Service view.
See Deployment and Licensing Levels for a description of licensing levels.
Each user's role also has a license level that controls what type of view the user can load.
Note: The way application ACP licenses work is that they are a type of level 4 - Process Owner license level so that they can load any view. The program then has separate logic to count applications and lock them out.
