Issue Work

The next step after submitting the work request is to issue it. This means that the work is ready to be worked on.

After issuing the work:

• You can get the work request information to the craftsperson
• The request will be counted in the Open Work Requests by Status report as an Issued request.

To issue work:

1. On the Building Operations Console, locate the work request in the Approved group. Use the Filter, if needed, to find the specific work request.
2. Do one of the following:
   • To issue a single request, click issue in the row for the request.
   • To issue multiple requests at once: select only Approved work requests , and then click Issue. All the selected requests are issued in this one action.
