Environmental Project Manager: Overview

As an Environmental Project Manager, you create projects to track and manage the hazmat initiatives at your site. Depending on the size and operations at your company, a Hazardous Materials Manager might then take over the process of creating action items or service requests to assess, estimate, and inspect hazardous materials at selected locations.

The Environmental Project Manager role also includes tasks for defining employees, vendors, and contacts that will be used as resources throughout the activity. Although these tables may already exist in your database from work with other ARCHIBUS application, you may need to add your hazmat-specific data to these tables.
