Questionnaires allow you to add to forms a specific set of questions for each specific category of item, such as adding questions for each assessment, project type, or move type. For example you could add a set of questions for users requesting an employee move, and another set of questions for those requesting a group move, and so on. You define the questions as part of the background data process and assessors, movers, and other workers can answer these questions as part of completing their work.
With this questionnaire system, answers are stored as XML in the Projects table and questions and questionnaires are stored in the Questions and Questionnaire table. This system is used by many Web applications and mobile apps, including Condition Assessment, Capital Budgeting, Project Management, Move Management, and Service Desk.
ARCHIBUS V.23.2 added the extended questionnaire feature, which provide a more robust question format. Extended questionnaires and answers are stored in a separate set of tables that include "ex" in their table name. Extended questionnaires are used in the Compliance application.
